Oh hey there! I'm Cathy Brough, founder of The Growth Octopus.
I spent 25 years in Fortune 500 Strategy & Operations—CME Group, Accenture, and more. I climbed the ladder, earned the golden handcuffs, and signed the same restrictive agreements you probably did.
But most people didn't know that for 15 of those 25 years, I also quietly explored entrepreneurship on the side while employed. I launched 3 ventures while working my senior corporate job.
In 2025, I made my pivot official and went from corporate executive to full-time entrepreneur—not through a reckless leap, but through a strategic, staged transition. I protected my income. I built proof. I negotiated my exit. And now I help corporate leaders (like you!) do the same thing.
Beyond The Growth Octopus:
